The mission of Global Montessori Academy is to provide a unique educational environment to facilitate development of the whole person -- intellectually, physically, emotionally and socially. Our curriculum will foster self-worth, respect for others, and responsibility for all living things within the framework of global consciousness.

Welcome to the Global Montessori Academy website! Thank you for your initiative to research Montessori schools in the Kansas City area. Please examine our programs, policies, fees and mission statement. If upon examination, the school appeals to you (and it will), give us a call to schedule a tour of the school. We give hundreds of tours throughout the year, and enroll at three semesters per year: January, June and September. The school is year-round, even through the summer!
Global Montessori Academy offers full, half, and extended day programs for children 18 months - 9 yrs old.
If you prefer to have material mailed to you, just call and leave your name and address, or ask to be put on our mailing list for newsletters and events.
We are almost always full with a waiting list, so don't wait. Call right away. When we enroll a new student, we really enroll the whole family, so come on down. We'll be waiting for you.

Centrally located on the Plaza, Global is easily accessed from all parts of Kansas City. Covered parking and entry provide protection from the environment.
Rooms are spacious, bright, and well equipped with age appropriate learning aids. A secure outdoor playground features a large sandbox, rolling hill, and natural climbing surfaces.
