Montessori Affiliations

Global Montessori Academy is a Certified Montessori School and has been established as an Intern Training Center through Montessori Education Program International (MEPI). This is an international association which will certify those Montessori schools wishing to obtain certification, like ourselves. We voluntarily choose to be certified with to receive newsletters and other mailings, attend bi-annual conferences and extend our Montessori credibility. As an Intern Training Center, we are able to provide Montessori interns a place to work with Master Teachers and fulfill training requirements. This is similar to a student-teaching program. Anyone acting as a GMA intern can get their Montessori teacher certification while working at the school at the same time. GMA supports staff interested in furthering their training by contributing to the financial expense.
